I actually didn't like this breaking news bar. I think it is too dark. But if other people prefer that one, I don't mind putting it back.

It might require a certain amount of code to turn on/off advertising from the admin panel. I will see what can be done. Otherwise, you will just have to remove them manually in the WP code editor.
